Make this creamy, dreamy vanilla mint oatmeal smoothie for yourself:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp Tasty Shakes Vanilla Bean
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • A few drops of mint extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

      Instructions

          1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

            Then add some homemade whipped cream + chocolate chips to the top
