Cauliflower Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl
Makes 2 servings
- 2 cups unsweetened almond/coconut milk
- 2 cups steamed & frozen cauliflower
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsps. Salted nut butter
- 2 tsps. Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins
- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- Optional toppings – shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, fresh blueberries
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour about half the mixture into a large bowl and top with shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, fresh blueberries, and extra Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
