Cauliflower Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond/coconut milk
  • 2 cups steamed & frozen cauliflower
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsps. Salted nut butter
  • 2 tsps. Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • Optional toppings – shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  2. Pour about half the mixture into a large bowl and top with shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, fresh blueberries, and extra Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
