Blueberry Banana Protein Baked Oatmeal Bites

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup protein powder of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins
  • 1 tsp. Tasty Shakes™ Bananas & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins
  • 1 ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups almond milk

Directions

  1. Add the oats and boiling water into a mixing bowl and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Mash the banana in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir in eggs, protein powder, maple syrup, Tasty Shakes™ Bananas & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins, and Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins. Add mixture over softened oats and stir to combine.

  3. Add sliced bananas, blueberries, walnuts, and almond milk to mixture and stir. Pour the oat mixture into a baking pan.

  4. Top with more sliced bananas and blueberries (if desired) and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool and then cut into squares. Top with extra Tasty Shakes™ Blueberries & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins and Tasty Shakes™ Bananas & Cream Oatmeal Mix-Ins, blueberries, and sliced bananas if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
